About the role

Sales Associates are the first contact with valued customers, delivering on the mission “Country Fair Cares – about its Customers, its Team and its Community.” They work on the sales floor assisting customers, either producing food products or assisting at checkout, serving as Ambassadors of Good Will.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor, providing excellent service.
• Operate checkout stations and handle transactions.
• Prepare and package food products as needed.
• Represent the company’s values and act as an Ambassador of Good Will.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Reliability and consistent presence during customer visits.

Pay

Starting rate of $15+ per hour.
