The most important people at Country Fair are the ones who serve our customers on a day to day basis. Sales Associates assist customers in various capacities, from interacting with them on the sales floor to assisting at checkout. This role is about delivering on our mission statement “Country Fair Cares - about its Customers, its Team and its Community.”

• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Engage in positive interactions with both customers and fellow associates.
• Support the team in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
