About the role

Sales Associates are the first contact with our valued customers, delivering on the mission “Country Fair Cares – about its Customers, its Team and its Community.” The role supports an excellent training culture and contributes to the company’s recognition as a “Best Place to Work.”

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Serve as an Ambassador of Good Will to customers and teammates.
• Operate checkout stations and handle transactions accurately.
• Represent and promote Country Fair’s food products.

• Strong work ethic.

Pay

Starting rate $12+ per hour.
