About the role

The most important people at Country Fair are the ones who serve our customers on a day‑to‑day basis. Sales Associates are the first contact with our valued customers and help deliver on our mission statement “Country Fair Cares – about its Customers, its Team and its Community.” Our excellent training culture has earned us recognition as a “Best Place to Work” on multiple occasions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Prepare and package our food products as needed.
• Operate checkout stations and handle transactions accurately.
• Act as an Ambassador of Good Will to customers and teammates.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Pay

Starting rate $14+ per hour.
