Sales Associates

The most important people at Country Fair are the ones who serve our customers on a day to day basis. Sales Associates assist customers in various capacities, from interacting with them on the sales floor to assisting at checkout. The role involves serving as an Ambassador of Good Will to both customers and colleagues.

• Assist customers with product selection and purchasing
• Handle cash transactions and provide change
• Answer questions and provide information about products and services
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales area
• Engage positively with customers to enhance their shopping experience

• Excellent customer service skills
• A strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a friendly demeanor
