Sales Associates
The most important people at Country Fair are the ones who serve our customers on a day to day basis. Sales Associates assist customers in various capacities, from interacting with them on the sales floor to assisting at checkout. This role is part of Country Fair's mission to "Country Fair Cares - about its Customers, its Team and its Community." The position is recognized as "Best Places to Work" multiple times.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
- Handle cash and credit transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Engage positively with both customers and colleagues
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic are essential. Starting rate is $12+ per hour.
