About the role
The most important people at Country Fair are the ones who serve our customers on a day‑to‑day basis. Sales Associates are the first contact with our valued customers and help deliver on our mission statement “Country Fair Cares – about its Customers, its Team and its Community.” Our excellent training culture has earned us recognition as a “Best Place to Work” on multiple occasions.
Responsibilities
- Work on the sales floor assisting customers.
- Prepare and package our food products.
- Assist customers at checkout.
- Serve as an Ambassador of Good Will to customers and teammates.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic.
Pay
Starting rate: $14+ per hour.
