Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the perfect outdoor furniture solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Manage inventory and ensure displays are attractive and appealing
- Participate in sales activities and promotions
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of outdoor furniture products and trends
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
