About the role
You will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store while maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales and assist with sign waving
- Perform general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, and pricing tasks
- Operate POS systems and support loss prevention efforts
- Set up fixtures and climb ladders as needed
- Lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Requirements
- Minimum age of 16
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
- Physical ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
