About the role
A seasonal position supporting the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Spirit Halloween location.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards
- Generate sales and assist with sign waving
- Perform general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, and pricing tasks
- Operate POS systems and support loss prevention efforts
- Set up fixtures and climb ladders as needed
Requirements
- Minimum age of 16
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
