About the role

The Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team in various tasks including setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. They are responsible for maintaining Guest Services standards and supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
• Generate sales
• Sign waving
• General housekeeping
• Merchandising
• Selling items
• Signed, priced, and stocked merchandise
• Operate Point of Sale system
• Prevent loss

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Physical demands: climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, standing/walking for 8 hours

Qualifications

Dependent upon qualifications and experience, hourly rate ranges from $15.00 - $15.25 per hour. Benefits include Nebraska Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, and End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
