About the role

The Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team in various tasks including setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. They are responsible for maintaining Guest Services standards and supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
• Generate sales
• Sign waving
• General housekeeping
• Merchandising
• Selling merchandise
• Signed, priced, and stocked products
• Operate POS system
• Perform loss prevention duties

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years old
• Physical demands include climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for up to 8 hours

Qualifications

Dependent upon qualifications and experience, hourly rate ranges from $15.55 - $15.80 per hour. Benefits include: Oregon Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
