About the role
A seasonal position supporting the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Spirit Halloween location. The role focuses on maintaining guest services according to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales and engage in sign waving to attract customers
- Maintain general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, and pricing
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Assist with loss prevention efforts
- Set up fixtures and climb ladders as needed
- Lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
