Sales Associate - Spirit

About the role

A seasonal position supporting the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Spirit Halloween location. You’ll maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards while driving sales and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
• Generate sales through customer engagement
• Perform sign waving to attract customers
• Handle general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, and pricing
• Operate POS systems
• Support loss prevention efforts

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16
• Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable standing/walking for up to 8 hours
