Sales Associate- Spa Front Desk

The NOW Massage boutique Downtown Orlando is seeking a confident, people-loving sales professional to connect with guests, recommend memberships and enhancements, and help clients experience the long-term benefits of regular massage in a beautiful, zen-inspired environment.

What You’ll Earn

• $14–$16 per hour
• 10% commission on retail sales
• Earn up to $260 per month ($3,120+ per year) in membership sales commission alone
• Unlimited earning potential — the more memberships and retail you sell, the more you make

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a warm, elevated first impression
• Customize each guest’s massage experience
• Educate guests on enhancements, memberships, and retail products
• Confidently recommend memberships to support long-term wellness
• Book appointments and manage the front desk flow
• Handle checkout and ensure a seamless guest journey
• Deliver top-level service to guests and team members
• Warmly greet and check in guests
• Actively drive membership, enhancement, retail, and gift card sales
• Educate guests on services and products
• Accurately book, edit, and cancel appointments
• Open and close the boutique following SOPs
• Resolve guest concerns professionally
• Maintain reception and guest areas to brand standards
• Collaborate with leadership to improve performance and innovation

Requirements

• Sales and customer service experience required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable recommending products and closing sales
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Naturally outgoing and confident
• Knows how to build rapport and guide conversations toward a sale
• Experience in retail, membership sales, hospitality, or commission-based roles
