Sales Associate - Small Jobs Division

Love helping homeowners tackle small remodels and see their vision come to life? Model Remodel, a Seattle-based general contractor with a focus on remodeling and sustainability, is looking for a motivated Small Jobs Division (SJD) Sales Associate (internally titled Client Services Representative/CSR). Residential Construction/Remodeling experience required. In this role, you’ll manage the sales process from first contact through project handoff, ensuring each client receives exceptional service and a successful project outcome. What You’ll Do Manage the full sales cycle for small projects, from responding to leads and qualifying prospects to preparing estimates and presenting contractsServe as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project and warranty periodPrepare accurate contracts with clearly defined scope, exclusions, and assumptionsPartner with internal teams and subcontractors for seamless handoff to productionRepresent Model Remodel at trade shows, networking events, and industry outreach opportunities What We’re Looking For 5+ years of construction/remodeling experience and 5+ years in remodeling salesProven track record in estimating, contract preparation, and closing salesStrong knowledge of building practices, methods, and schedulingProficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM/project management toolsExcellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsProfessional, respectful, trustworthy, and collaborative with a client-first mindsetPassionate about craftsmanship, quality, and sustainable building practices Key Attributes Professional, respectful, and trustworthy in all interactionsClient-focused, with strong communication skills to build lasting relationshipsCollaborative and team-oriented, contributing to a positive work environmentOrganized, detail-oriented, and accountable for meeting deadlines and financial targetsAdaptable, proactive, and solution-focused when challenges arisePassionate about craftsmanship, quality, and sustainable building practices Physical Requirements Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe mannerFrequent standing, walking, and sittingAbility to navigate residential properties, including stairs, uneven surfaces, and tight spacesFrequent lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds; occasional lifting up to 20 poundsAbility to work at a computer or desk area for extended periods of time and use color-sensitive toolsAbility to operate measuring tools (tape measures, laser devices) and safely drive to locations within King County Why Model Remodel?
