About the role
As a Shoe Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and impact the store’s reputation as America’s leading department store. You will build relationships, optimize brand knowledge, and meet customers’ needs to create a lasting impression on their shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Develop relationships to grow your business and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Highlight product knowledge and store services to create the best customer experience.
- Ring POS transactions and capture key account information.
- Assist customers with sizing, fitting, and trying on shoes.
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean department and shoe stockroom.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
