About the role

Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top priority.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales by meeting goals and measures, developing and maintaining relationships with top customers, and supporting in-store event sourcing and execution.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by reflecting the brand’s vision, leading email capture, and maintaining an up-to-date customer wish list with timely product notifications.
• Support crew development by assisting with training new associates, fostering a welcoming and energetic environment, recruiting top talent, and participating in team-building activities.
• Maintain efficient merchandise controls, loss prevention awareness, and a clean, tidy store environment.
• Contribute to merchandising efforts by adhering to company standards, current floorsets, and brand initiatives, and providing weekly product feedback.

• Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to effectively receive and communicate feedback.
• Positive outlook and enthusiasm for learning the product to offer style advice and assist customers.
• Outgoing, friendly, and personable with a customer-service orientation (experience preferred but not required).
• Passion for the vineyard vines brand.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or move around for extended periods of time.
• Reach, carry, bend, and occasionally climb ladders.
