Sales Associate (Seasonal)

About the role

The Sales Associate supports the Store Leadership Team to achieve company goals by delivering exceptional customer service, effective communication, and product knowledge. They maintain merchandise presentation, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness to ensure a neat and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and address their concerns
• Promote merchandise value and process transactions accurately
• Maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise
• Adhere to safety and loss prevention standards
• Contribute to store goals with flexibility in processing stock and handling various tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
• At least 18 years old
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings
• Physical ability to maneuver on the sales floor and lift up to 50 lbs
