About the role

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at HEYDUDE, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our consumers during peak seasons. Your responsibilities span various aspects of the retail environment, from managing the POS system to fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model
  • Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, and demonstrating Crocs, Inc. core values
  • Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
  • Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers
  • Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives

Requirements

Must be 16 years or older. Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential. A team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment are required.

Qualifications

Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment, lift 30 pounds or more with assistance, stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift, and continuously move around the store. Must also have the ability to read and comprehend instruction, reports, and information on computer/register screens, as well as input information into computer systems.

Skills

Customer service skills, teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for retail are essential. Knowledge of the Crocs, Inc. brand and its products is beneficial.

Benefits

The role offers flexible scheduling, a competitive salary range of $14.00 - $16.50, and participation in a company incentive program. Compliance with all HEYDUDE policies is mandatory.

Pay

The posted pay range reflects geographic market conditions and may vary by location. Compensation will always meet or exceed applicable local minimum wage requirements.

Schedule

This is a seasonal role with flexible hours to accommodate peak business periods. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
