About the role

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Crocs, Inc., you’ll play a crucial part in creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers during peak seasons. Your role involves delivering exceptional service, fostering a positive team culture, and assisting across various store departments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model
  • Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, providing feedback, and addressing concerns, while demonstrating Crocs’ core values
  • Assist in all store departments, including managing the POS system, handling customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
  • Closely collaborate with Store Management to achieve and surpass performance objectives through effective selling strategies
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by staying updated on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to enhance their experience
  • Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential
  • A team-first approach and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

  • Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor
  • Ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks
  • Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens as well as input information into computer
