Sales Associate (Sahara)

About the role

We are seeking dedicated, ambitious, and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team. As a Sales Associate, you will support the Store Leadership Team in achieving our company's goals and initiatives. You will represent our brand, operate professionally, engage with customers, maintain store standards, and contribute to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Respond with urgency to customer activity and prioritize assisting customers over other tasks
• Show knowledge of store products and services to build sales and minimize returns, including Loyalty Programs
• Exercise sound judgment in addressing customer concerns
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the point of sale
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are represented
• Follow Company standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to Company standards
• Guarantee Company assets by adhering to Loss Prevention procedures
• Proactively contribute to a team atmosphere that is flexible and enjoyable
• Constructively share suggestions, ideas, and concerns with appropriate Store Leadership
• Embrace responsibility of assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and adapts quickly to changes
• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in utilizing the retail POS System and Inventory Scanner
• Able to make change using American monetary units
• Receptive to both positive and constructive feedback from the Store Leadership Team
