Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional responses to client inquiries and issues, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a reliable, trusted point of contact.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services or solutions that align with each client's needs and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client questions and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Capture client feedback and insights to help refine our offerings and improve processes.

What success looks like

• Within the first 6–12 months, become a trusted advisor for your clients, known for reliable follow-through and clear communication.
• Consistently achieve high client satisfaction, reflected in positive feedback and strong client retention.
• Effectively expand client relationships by matching clients with appropriate additional services that support their objectives.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing best practices and helping improve how we serve clients.
