Sales Associate - Red Bull - Everett, WA

Primary Responsibilities

• Effectively sell, rotate and merchandise the Red Bull portfolio in all assigned accounts
• Accomplish sales and distribution goals by assisting the execution of business objectives and company initiatives
• Provide route relief for Sales Representatives as scheduled
• Manage inventory expenses in accordance with company policy
• Interact respectfully and maintain dialog with inter-company departments, suppliers and customers
• Establish and maintain a high level of industry knowledge: Red Bull, CSDs, trends, market share, etc.
• Utilize Columbia University for Professional Education (CUPE) courses to improve effectiveness
• Maintain appropriate themed programs to meet supplier and company standards
• Submit all required reporting, preplans, trackers, surveys, market surveys (MVPs), expense report, mileage log, etc. by the required due date
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times

Work Environment

• Work indoors with occasional outdoor work
• Lift, carry, push, pull up to 165 lbs
• Use arms, wrists, hands, grasp
• Must be proficient in the use of industry tools including hand truck, six-wheeler, manual pallet jack, box cutter, etc.
• Must be able to drive and operate a vehicle

Compensation

• Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location
