Responsibilities

• Engages, connects, and listens to customers by asking questions to determine their needs.
• Directs customers to merchandise; informs them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, and STAR card promotions.
• Provides premier customer service using a Point-of-Sales system.
• Processes cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, and debit cards (cash handling).
• Maintains store appearance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.
• Pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

Competitive federal wage.
