About the Role

This is a Part-Time Hourly Position

Responsibilities

• Understanding customers' needs and offering meaningful and unique solutions
• Greeting and welcoming every customer
• Servicing customers
• Restocking products
• Maintaining visual merchandising
• Fulfilling online orders
• Performing cleaning duties
• Representing the GNC brand
• Interacting with customers to help them choose the right products
• Making recommendations based on product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
• Driving for results to achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals
• Fulfilling online orders timely and accurately
• Boosting product knowledge
• Supporting store management in opening, closing, and operating the store
• Handling cash, counting inventory, and making deposits
• Maintaining store appearance
• Using a computer up to 60% of the day
• Working varied hours and days to meet store needs
• Working nights or mornings to open or close the store
• Working key peak business days/hours including weekends
• Working all major U.S. holidays that the store is open

Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
• Frequent reaching and bending and twisting - below waist and above shoulders
• Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms
• Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees - especially in stock room areas
• Use of a computer up to 60% of the day
