About the Role

This is a Part-Time Hourly Position

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and follow through in offering meaningful and unique solutions
• Dedicated to greeting and welcoming every customer who visits GNC, creating a welcoming environment to attract new and existing customers
• Ability to genuinely interact with customers to help them choose the right products, as well as making recommendations based on your overall product knowledge and understanding of their needs
• Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines
• Proactively greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC and create a welcoming environment to attract new and existing customers
• Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend
• Ability to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the store, generally working nights or mornings to open or close the store, and be able to work key peak business days/hours including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and all major U.S. holidays that the store is open
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
• Frequent reaching and bending and twisting - below waist and above shoulders
• Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms
• Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds
• Push/pull up to 20 lbs
• Ability to use a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day

Qualifications

• Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend

• Must be at least 18 years of age
