About the role

A Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing First Class Service to our customers. The Customer Service Associate may perform tasks on the sales floor or in a support function. This position ensures a positive customer shopping experience in a well-maintained and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Class Service to customers
• Greet, sell, and thank the customer
• Work various shifts in a team orientated environment, including weekends and holidays

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to greet, sell, and thank the customer
• Ability to work various shifts in a team orientated environment, including weekends and holidays
• Pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardere Background Check
• Computer work, heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing, bending
