Responsibilities

• Drive selling efforts and customer relationships through exceptional customer service and sales techniques.
• Perform daily store functions including product merchandising, sales, customer relations, and store maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Absorb and apply new fashion and trend knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Present a positive and energetic impression to customers, maintaining a positive attitude towards the job and company.
• Comply with all company policies and embrace service training and product programs.
• Maintain visual standards, complete daily restocks, and ensure proper representation of sizes according to visual directions.
• Help eliminate employee and customer theft, and keep the store organized as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language for effective communication with management, customers, and other employees.
• Basic fashion and style trend knowledge and a desire to work in a retail setting.
• Problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, and interpersonal skills for providing excellent customer service, inventory control, merchandise transport, and store maintenance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, work extended hours during critical phases, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility.
• Reliable transportation.

Pay

The Sales Associate (Part-Time) pay range is $15.00 - $15.00 per hour. This role is eligible for the company's 401K plan.
