Pay & Schedule

• Starting salary for new Commonwealth employees is fixed at the minimum salary listed above and is not negotiable
• Permanent, part-time employment
• Preferred availability: 20 – 32 hours per week
• Hours will be worked week and weekend daytime and evening hours, with flexible shifts typically ranging from 4 – 7.5 hours per shift
• Work hours at this time are between the hours of: Monday - Saturday – 7:00 am – 9:15 pm; Sunday – 10:30 am – 7:15 pm
• A minimum of 13 hours per week will be required with the ability to work more hours per week, depending on availability. Applicants interested in working additional shifts/hours above the minimum can discuss their availability with the General Manager. There is the opportunity to work up to 32 hours per week
• Schedule details may change due to the operational needs of the store; applicants may be required to work schedules not outlined above
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position
