Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Summit at Fritz Farms

The Sales Associate at ALO is responsible for driving sales goals and creating an authentic, organic experience of excellence for every guest. This role requires a strong understanding of all product facets, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives, optimizing productivity and efficiency
• Engage with customers and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Analyze reports with leadership team to strategize and deliver results, focusing on areas needing improvement and highlighting growth opportunities
• Develop workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives throughout the store as needed
• Educate on store goals, company communication, initiatives, and new product launches
• Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to meet store goals
• Resolve customer needs quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through personal testimony and knowledge of all aspects and details
• Understand and prioritize the daily schedule for the best business strategy
• Absorb and process shipments, ensuring product flow and visual merchandising excellence
• Execute all front and back of house procedures according to company policy and procedures
• Perform other tasks to keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and operating efficiently

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Alignment with and embodiment of ALO’s Guiding Principles
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Standing and moving for an entire shift

Sales Associate Schedule

Part-Time non-exempt associates work up to 30 hours per week, based on business needs, for a shift minimum of 4 hours. Full-Time non-exempt associates have open availability, 7 days a week, between 32 - 40 hours. All employees are expected to work during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season.
