About the role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the heart of our store, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and unforgettable moments to every guest who walks through our doors at some of the most iconic and inspiring destinations across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create magical moments for guests through welcoming interactions, exciting product demos, and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations, including restocking shelves and helping guests find the perfect items.
• Bring positive energy to every customer interaction, making shopping a fun and memorable experience.
• Support store efficiency by handling tasks such as merchandising, cash handling, and maintaining store displays.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage and converse with guests of all ages.
• Enthusiasm for sharing product knowledge and making personalized recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a welcoming and positive manner.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving around the store, reaching, bending, stooping, or occasional crawling.
• Ability to lift or move up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, cash handling, merchandising, or customer service is a plus but not required.
