About the role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the heart of our store, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and unforgettable moments to every guest who walks through our doors at some of the most iconic and inspiring destinations across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create magical moments by delivering enjoyable and unique shopping experiences through welcoming interactions and exciting product demos.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including restocking shelves and assisting guests in finding the perfect items.
• Engage and entertain customers with positive energy, making each shopping experience memorable.
• Maintain store presentation and assist with merchandising tasks.
• Remain active on your feet, moving around the store, helping customers, and creating displays; may require reaching, bending, stooping, or occasional crawling.
• Perform light lifting, occasionally moving up to 15 pounds.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work irregular hours, including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage guests of all ages.
• Enthusiasm for sharing product knowledge and making personalized recommendations.
• Team-oriented mindset with a welcoming and positive attitude.

Qualifications

Bonus points if you have previous experience in retail, cash handling, merchandising, or customer service, though it is not required.
