About the role

As a part-time Sales Associate, you’ll be the heart of our store, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and unforgettable moments to every guest who walks through our doors at some of the most iconic and inspiring destinations across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create magical moments for guests by delivering an enjoyable and unique shopping experience through welcoming interactions and exciting product demos.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations, including restocking shelves and helping guests find the perfect item.
• Engage and entertain customers with positive energy, making each shopping experience memorable.
• Remain on your feet, moving around the store, assisting customers, and creating displays. Occasionally reach, bend, stoop, or crawl.
• Perform light lifting, occasionally moving up to 15 pounds.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work irregular hours, including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to naturally engage guests of all ages.
• Enthusiasm for sharing product knowledge and making personalized recommendations.
• Collaborative and positive attitude, working well with team members and store staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, cash handling, merchandising, or customer service.
