About the Role

In this Sales Associate role, reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for growing brand awareness in this new market, developing a strong business, and leading a team of fashion enthusiasts with a focus on client experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the achievement of store goals and meet personal sales goals by providing excellent customer service at all times while representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company history, customer service, product knowledge, and policy and procedures.
• Provide best individual performance in line with Diesel’s customer service, visual merchandising, and merchandising guidelines and standards.
• Perform all Omni Channel Service and Initiatives.
