Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Raleigh Springs, Memphis, TN

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated employees to join our team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers at DTLR stores. As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Display basic fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs and maintain DTLR standards.
• Aid in managing shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Present a positive and energetic impression to customers, maintaining a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Comply with all company policies and embrace service training and product programs.
• Ensure visual standards are met, complete daily restocking, and represent adequate size runs according to visual directions.
• Help prevent both employee and customer theft, and assist in maintaining a tidy sales environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Qualifications

• An excellent command of the English language for effective communication with colleagues, customers, and management.
• Basic fashion and style knowledge, along with a passion for working with customers in a retail setting.
• Problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, attention to detail, flexibility, strong communication, and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
• The ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, work extended hours, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A reliable mode of transportation.
