Sales Associate (part-time) - Perry Ellis

About the Role

The Sales Associate’s primary function is to sell and promote Perry Ellis merchandise through execution of Perry Ellis customer service standards. Duties include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, demonstrating product use, and processing purchases at the POS register.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers in a courteous, friendly manner (e.g., maintains eye contact, smiles).
• Generates maximum sales potential in accordance with Perry Ellis customer service standards.
• Builds repeat customer base through excellent PE Loyalty Program data capture.
• Maintains strong knowledge of products, promotions, and special events to communicate effectively with customers.
• Consistently fosters a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff fairly.
• Effectively maintains floor coverage; acknowledges every customer and prioritizes them over assigned tasks.
• Remains consistently productive throughout the shift (e.g., uses idle time for replenishment, visual displays, or customer engagement).
• Consistently reports to work on time and demonstrates schedule flexibility.
• Understands individual and store sales goals.
• Follows all operational policies and procedures.
• Executes visual standards, recovery, and replenishment as guided by management.

Requirements
