Sales Associate, Part-Time - Pearl Street

About the role
No position at Reformation is about the status quo—every team member is passionate about building a company rooted in excellence. As a Sales Associate, you’ll use tech to create unique interactions between customers, employees, and the brand while driving sales and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement.
- Contribute to an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.
- Foster a culture of excellent client experience with a customer-first mindset to build long-term loyalty.
- Act as a brand ambassador—embody brand values, engage customers, and share Reformation’s sustainability story.
- Maintain high customer experience feedback and NPS scores.
- Ensure consistent inventory accuracy and contribute to Loss Prevention.
- Uphold time and attendance policies.
- Keep the selling floor aligned with brand and concept standards.
- Share deep product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm.
- Communicate customer feedback to improve product and merchandising.
- Help maintain an inspiring store environment with accessible product.
- Reflect Reformation’s core values and culture in all efforts.
- Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
- Driven approach to take on new challenges with self-motivation for your work and career.
Schedule
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including weekends.
- Able to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, and holidays if required).
Pay
The anticipated base hourly range is $16 - $25 per hour, depending on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.
