About the role

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing quality customer service and driving product sales. They must be knowledgeable in each product area or department in the store and uphold policies, procedures, and standards listed in the visual manual.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers as they enter the store and assisting multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promoting and selling services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Setting and achieving sales targets and goals.
• Communicating merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations problems to store management staff.
• Attending staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and reporting any potential fraud risks to management.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on important tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
• Team-player passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.
