Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Olney, Philadelphia, PA

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated employees to join our team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers at DTLR stores. Success in this role hinges on strong customer service, sales, and teamwork.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Display basic fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs and maintain DTLR standards.
• Aid in managing shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Present a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic image to customers, fostering positive relationships.
• Comply with all company policies and embrace service training and product programs.
• Maintain visual standards, complete daily restocks, and ensure proper representation of merchandise sizes.
• Help prevent both employee and customer theft and keep the store organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following: previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail; ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours.
