Sales Associate (Part-Time) - North Riverside Mall, North Riverside, IL

About the role

We are seeking dedicated employees to join our team at DTLR stores. Our employees play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have the best shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive selling efforts and customer relationships through exceptional customer service and sales techniques.
• Perform daily store functions including product merchandising, sales, customer relations, and store maintenance.
• Build relationships with customers and demonstrate a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Comply with all company policies and embrace service training and product programs.
• Maintain visual standards, complete daily restocks, and ensure adequate size runs are represented.
• Help eliminate theft and assist in maintaining a neat and orderly sales environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language for effective communication.
• Basic fashion and style trend knowledge and a desire to work in a retail setting.
• Problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, attention to detail, flexibility, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, work extended hours, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The Sales Associate (Part-Time) pay range is $15.40 - $15.40 per hour. This role is eligible for the company's 401K plan.
