About the Role
As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will achieve and exceed sales targets as directed by management and proactively develop your client portfolio. You will ensure a unique client experience throughout all touch points and actively participate in the daily operations of the boutique.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target.
- Provide outstanding and exceptional customer service, including greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring high service standards before, during, and after sales.
- Adapt your approach according to client needs and motivations, and handle objections with ease.
- Assist after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values, acting as a referent and providing recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
- Remain current on industry news and competitor activities.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building, utilizing available tools.
- Resolve client issues and escalate concerns to management as needed.
- Develop and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison, and boutique.
- Assist with daily set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of the boutique, including merchandising, displays, and back-stock.
- Actively participate in daily and annual inventories, cycle counts, and audits.
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.
Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
- Ability to work consistently on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) in addition to one weekday.
- Proficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Computer and internet savvy; MS Office experience required, SAP knowledge preferred.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.

- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for trainings, client events, and conferences.

Pay
Expected hourly range: $26–$28 per hour (commission and overtime eligible). Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
