Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Jonesboro, Union City, GA

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated employees to join our team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers at DTLR stores. Our employees play a crucial role in our success.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Displays basic fashion and trend knowledge and sells appropriate merchandise while adhering to DTLR standards and building customer relationships.
• Aids in managing shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Projects a positive, energetic, and outgoing image to customers, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Complies with all company policies and embraces service training and product programs.
• Maintains visual standards, completes daily restocking, and ensures proper representation of merchandise sizes.
• Assists in preventing both employee and customer theft and maintains a tidy store environment.
• Supports store organization as directed by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must possess basic fashion and style knowledge and a desire to work in a retail setting.
• Requires excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, work extended hours during critical phases, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Requires reliable transportation.
