Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Highway One, Greenville, MS

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated employees to join our team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers at DTLR stores. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Display basic fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs and maintain DTLR standards.
• Aid in managing shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Present a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor to customers, reflecting positively on the company.
• Comply with all company policies and embrace service training and product programs.
• Maintain visual standards, complete daily restocks, and ensure proper representation of merchandise sizes.
• Help prevent and address both employee and customer theft.
• Ensure the store remains neat and orderly under the direction of store management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Key qualifications include:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• An excellent command of the English language for effective communication with management, customers, and colleagues.
• Basic fashion and style trend knowledge, along with a passion for working with customers in a retail setting.
• Problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, attention to detail, flexibility, strong communication, and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory, transport merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness.
• The ability to stand for extended periods, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, work extended hours during critical phases, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Reliable transportation.
