Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Highway 20, Conyers, GA

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated employees to join our team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers at DTLR stores. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in our business.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Display basic fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs and sell appropriate merchandise while adhering to DTLR standards and fostering customer relationships.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Present a positive, energetic, and outgoing impression to customers, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the job and the company.
• Comply with all company policies and embrace service training and product programs.
• Ensure all visual standards are met, complete daily restocking, and represent adequate size runs according to visual directions.
• Help eliminate both employee and customer theft and maintain a neat and orderly sales environment.
• Aid in keeping the store organized as directed by store management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language to effectively communicate with management, customers, and other employees.
• Basic fashion and style trend knowledge and a desire to work in a retail setting.
• Problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, attention to detail, flexibility, strong communication, and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service, manage inventory, transport merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, work extended hours during critical phases, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Reliable transportation.
