Sales Associate, Part Time - Grand Central
About the role
As a Sales Associate at Charles Tyrwhitt, you will provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary touchpoint for every customer. You’ll offer styling and fit advice, assist with tailoring and custom product sales, and ensure a warm, brand-aligned welcome in our shop. Your responsibilities will also include general store operations such as restocking, managing shipments, and operating the register.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Charles Tyrwhitt brand
- Provide styling, fit advice, and product recommendations to customers
- Assist with tailoring and custom product sales
- Perform store operations including restocking, shipment handling, and register transactions
Requirements
- Confidence in connecting with customers and delivering an excellent experience
- Interest in menswear (training provided on brand specifics)
- Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role is advantageous

Pay
$17–$24 per hour, based on experience.
