Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Grafton, ND

About the role

The Sales Associate assists customers throughout the retail store, providing excellent customer service. Duties include greeting customers, assisting with price changes, stocking shelves, handling returns, and performing housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they shop in the retail store
• Assist with customer service questions
• Price store merchandise and make price changes as requested
• Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested
• Assist in receiving freight and organizing incoming products
• Participate in cycle counts
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle appropriately
• Handle customer transactions using KCX cash register system
• Ensure accurate cash handling
• Handle customer returns
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds
• Long periods of standing
• Frequent bending and twisting
• Cold and warm working conditions
• Irregular work schedule

Qualifications
