Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Governors Square, Tallahassee, FL

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated employees to join our team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers at DTLR stores. Success in this role depends on strong customer service, sales, and teamwork skills.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Display basic fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs and maintain DTLR standards.
• Aid in managing shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Present a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic impression to customers, fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Comply with all company policies and embrace service training and product programs.
• Maintain visual standards, complete daily restocks, and ensure proper representation of merchandise sizes.
• Help prevent and address both employee and customer theft.
• Ensure the store is neat and orderly as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, analyze situations, and interact with others professionally. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Flexible to work extended hours during critical phases.
• Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Requires reliable transportation.
