Sales Associate Part-time/Full-time

About the role

We offer hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold, paid out bi-weekly. While in sales training, there is potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates. No experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.

• All employees receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy.
• Gain marketable skills with 30 years of combined sales experience and mentorship available.
• Once onboarded, tailored ongoing 1:1 support is provided.

Schedule

Open/flexible availability preferred. Must be able to work one weekend day per week. Available shifts:

• Saturday and Sunday shifts: 10 am - 4 pm OR 2 pm - 8 pm
• Monday through Friday shifts: 6:30 am - 12:30 pm OR 10 am - 4 pm OR 4 pm - 9 pm

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain a clean facility, including turnover and cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
