Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Colonel Glenn, Little Rock, AR

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated employees to join our team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers at DTLR stores. As a key part of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Display basic fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs and maintain DTLR standards.
• Aid in shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Present a positive and energetic impression to customers, fostering a friendly and enthusiastic atmosphere.
• Comply with all company policies and embrace service training and product programs.
• Maintain visual standards, complete daily restocks, and ensure proper representation of merchandise sizes.
• Help prevent and address employee and customer theft.
• Ensure the store environment is neat and orderly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Key qualifications include:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• An excellent command of the English language for effective communication.
• Basic fashion and style knowledge and a passion for working with customers in a retail setting.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing excellent customer service.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during critical project phases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Reliable transportation.
